Returns
All products available on this website undergo thorough inspection before being shipped. In the event of any issues, we will promptly contact the customer and offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. If any damage occurs during shipping, both the seller and the buyer will collaborate to find a suitable solution.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items are non-refundable. Please review the sale items' descriptions, as they may have minor damage.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@forgeandfire.com.au.

Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe return of your item without these precautions.
